ReSkill To Own™ combines workforce development, micro-enterprise training, and high-level ownership education into a single, coherent platform. We are not a certification provider and we are not a licensing school.
We sit parallel to CTE programs, unions, and apprenticeship systems, not in competition with them. Our role is to enhance what participants already have, fill the gaps that traditional systems leave, and prepare them for a future that includes real economic mobility.
We focus on the underserved and the non-served entering the trades. We prepare students to become employed, income-ready, and ownership-minded, not just certified.
We partner with schools, CTE programs, contractors, workforce boards, and community organizations to build pathways that are scalable, legally compliant, and mission-first.

Christopher Pitt is a community developer and workforce advocate committed to rebuilding economic mobility through skilled trades.
After years of working directly in real estate development and neighborhood revitalization, Christopher saw a growing crisis: communities needed housing, contractors needed workers, and thousands of capable individuals simply needed a pathway into opportunity.
ReSkill To Own™ was created to bridge that gap.
The program connects people to real trade careers, helps contractors build stronger workforce pipelines, and creates pathways toward long-term financial stability and ownership readiness.
Christopher believes the future of economic mobility will be built through skills, ownership, and opportunity, and ReSkill To Own™ is designed to help communities achieve all three.
